We have two types of product categories: ‘In stock’ and ‘Made on order’. While we require 2-3 weeks to ready and dispatch ‘In Stock’ products, we require 8-12 weeks to manufacture and dispatch ‘Made on order’ products. We try our absolute best to expedite our production process, and deliver all orders before the aforementioned timelines.
yes, it is possible to change the polish or finish of the furniture while placing the order. In some cases, different finishes are available for tables for which the finish option is shown on the images.

Where we try and show the products as close as possible to the reality, sometimes due to lighting, screen calibrations, photography the product finish may appear slightly different, its best to ask for a video call to see the product before making a purchase.

For the safety of the goods during the transit and unpredictable and multiple handling at times, we secure most of the goods with strong corrugated crates. We understand that these crates make the packaging bulky, however they are absolutely necessary for securing the product.
